Great way to let buyers know the importance of an agent. Buyers are better at knowing they need an agent on a resell. On a new home, it is harder to get to them before they visit that new home sales office. We have great new home opportunities here and I am planning on doing some posting on that type of purchase.
Sometimes people have to go through a bad experience before they realize thiere is a difference in performance among REALTORS!
Great thought Deanne. New Home purchasers are often led down a path by the sales agent on site. It is easy to go overboard when there is no one there looking out for your interests.
