This is great info Paddy. I think that some people don't know how easy it can be to buy a home....especially if they are working with a great realtor that will help them through and knows how to get them into a home.

Hope you have a good turnout. Sing and sing louder the facts that money is available and home prices are at their best.
This market presents the best opportunity for first time buyers in a really long time. Due to the reduced prices, homeownership is actually more affordable to a larger percentage of people now, than just a couple years ago.

Ahhhhh, to be a first time homebuyer in today's market... I'm so jealous I could spit!!
All kidding aside, today's market provides the perfect storm of opportunity for today's first time homebuyer. Low prices PLUS low interest rates! There is less competition for the homes on the market today and a generous $7,500 first time homebuyer tax credit thrown in as well!!
